Warrior Fitness Program

Our Warrior Fitness Class is an hour long recreational program for boys ages 5-10. The Warrior Fitness program is a beginner boys gymnastics class but also offers beginner martial arts moves, tumbling and flipping, as well as gaining strength and agility through obstacle courses. They will learn how to do many of tumbling skills on the floor, as well as swinging, pullovers, monkey shimmies on the bars. They will learn how to run, jump, and flip on vault. They will also learn how to climb and swing on the rope gaining upper arm strength. Lastly, they will learn how to maneuver through obstacle courses combining all of these skills.

Ages 5 – 10

Thursday 6:00 – 7:00

Tuition: $65/month
